Return Policy

It is extremely important to us that you are satisfied with your Le N U A G E purchase. If you decide your original order is not for you for any reason, we will accept a return of any item given the following conditions;

1. The return is completed within 7 days of delivery with original proof of purchase.

2. The item is returned in it’s original condition, unworn, unwashed in it’s original Le N U A G E packaging and with the tags attached.

Please note you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items and will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES:

Upon delivery, if you wish to exchange your original item for another item we can offer you a credit note for the RRP amount of the original purchase to put toward another order given the following conditions;

1. The return is completed within 7 days of delivery with original proof of purchase.
2. The item is returned in it’s original condition, unworn, unwashed in it’s original Le N U A G E packaging and with the tags attached.

The shipment schedule of the new item will depend on whether or not the size and style is currently in stock or available on backorder. Once the purchase process is completed through the website using the credit amount, and the returned item has been delivered to our studio, you will be notified of the delivery schedule for your replacement item. Normal shipping charges will incur for the second item(s) and you will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges of the returned item(s).

CANCELLATION: 

Due to the nature of or made to order garments, all cancellations passed the 48 hour window after placing your order will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.
